First, be able to speak the same message to your team forever, and do not deviate from your message whatsoever. This must mean that if the company owners are speaking one message and you deviate from that message, disrespect them by doing so then expect for your downline to do the same and not listen to what you have to say. However, if you are in complete alignment and harmony with the message and the vision of the company and you do not deviate from that then expect to achieve massive results over an extended period of time.
Second, if you are consistent with your message then you must also be consistent with your actions and do exactly what you are telling people to do, and what the company is requesting for you two do. Excuses come one in a million, but if you are taking action and following every single step to a tee over an extended period of time it is virtually impossible to not see any results whatsoever inside of your business. If you must produce then be sure to produce, if you must market then be sure to market but by everything inside of you be sure to take consistent massive action.
Now, if you follow these two strategies and your rinse and repeat your virtually
guaranteed success over the long haul.
